Training Management

I designed and made significant contributions in the area of customer training and education for a mid-sized company in the retreading industry for new and developing markets in Eastern and Southeast Europe. Fundamental elements were: 

  • Organizational design and leadership
  • Conceptual work in the development of trainings, instruction, and workshops
  • Creation of learning materials and presentations (including translation in various languages)
  • Organization and implementation of training modules on location
  • Development of a „Train the Trainer“ system
  • On-Site customer consultation
  • Development and Leadership of a reporting system for the company’s management


Reorganization of the sales staff in Germany

A market leader tire retail chain in Germany gave me the task of constructing a more effective and efficient field sales team. My tasks in this project were:

  • Conceptual consultation concerning reorganization and change
  • Facilitation of individual steps in the project
  • Sales and technical training


Change Management in Germany
